The Ballarat Yacht Club Café is seeking experienced Bar Staff to join our vibrant waterfront team. If you are confident behind the bar, enjoy a fast paced service environment and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.

This role requires strong cocktail knowledge and the ability to manage general bar operations efficiently, particularly during busy weekend service periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving a range of beverages including classic and contemporary cocktails

• Providing friendly, professional table and bar service

• Maintaining a clean, organised and well stocked bar

• Processing payments accurately

• Monitoring RSA compliance and responsible service practices

• Supporting floor staff and contributing to a smooth overall service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bar experience in a busy hospitality venue

• Confident cocktail mixing skills and good product knowledge

• Current RSA certificate

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• Reliable availability for weekend shifts, with additional weekday work as required
